Please, take into account our return policy stated below before making your order.
When you receive your order, please, check goods carefully. If improbable event that goods are damaged or some items are missed, you must notify us either via e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of signing for your parcel. We don’t accept responsibility for missed items if you don’t notify us within 24 hours.
If by any reason you are not happy with your order and don’t want the goods you ordered, we accept goods return and guarantee money refund or goods replacement as long as you inform us within 14 days from receipt of the goods via e-mail or by phone. You must receive confirmation of your return request from us prior to sending goods back.
Your returned goods must be in the original packing, in a new and unused condition and not damaged. When the retuned goods are received by us we will refund money or replace the goods within 3 working days. The return postage and packing cost must be paid by customer.
We cannot guarantee refund or replacement of goods after 14 days from receipt of the goods.
