As user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions below. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without any notification of our customers.

When you order, we need to know your details. This allows us to process and fulfill your order.
We will not use this data for any other purpose.
We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Order process
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
We will send to you an order notification by email specifying the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from WoodenShell. This is only to indicate that we have received your order and WoodenShell reserve the right to reject any order.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and WoodenShell will take place on dispatch the ordered products to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or cannot deliver order to your area or you have cancelled it.
Products
All of our products made of natural material. Generally they are made of timber. Therefore the products are subject to effect by their environment (temperature, levels of moisture and light and etc) and its own ageing process. Products may bend, twist, split and change color.
Since all of our products are natural and handmade all dimensions and volume capacities are approximate. Also, color of products may vary. Photos of products are on WoodenShell web page for illustrative purposes only, and may not exactly match the product you will get, in terms of color, condition and size.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, quotation, price list, articles, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by WoodenShell shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of WoodenShell.
Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following one exception: If we discover a mistake in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to change your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you decide to cancel your order but you have already paid for it, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will consider your order as cancelled.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and exclude delivery charges, unless otherwise is additionally stated.
Customers buying from outside of UK will be solely responsible for any Import Duty/Tax charged by their countries.
Delivery
WoodenShell deliver products to customers to UK Mainland and Europe. However we can deliver World Wide upon request. A worldwide cost of delivery to your address will be checked and notified to you prior to confirmation of order. All goods must be signed for delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
UK Mainland delivery time is usually within 3-5 days. Please, contact us for quote to delivery to Europe and Ireland. Delivery time to these areas is normally 7-10 days. We deliver our products within Europe and normally it takes 7-10 days to deliver your order. All products are carefully packed to avoid any damages during transportation.
All orders are dispatched the following working day.
Please take into account delivery time when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for loss or disappointment resulting from your personal deadlines being missed.
If after two attempts, our courier has been unable to deliver goods to you, due to a recipient being unavailable to sign for the goods, or in the case that you did not provide correct delivery address, your order will be returned to us. In this case, you will be charged of 27 pound sterling (£) to deliver your order again to you. This charge covers our expenses cause of failed delivery. This charge must be paid before goods can be dispatched to you again. If you don’t want to be charged and cancel your order, your order will be refunded minus a £17 administration and handling fees.
Returns and Refunds and Replacement
When you receive your order, please, check goods carefully. If improbable event that goods are damaged or some items are missed, you must notify us either via e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of signing for your parcel. We don’t accept responsibility for missed items if you don’t notify us within 24 hours.
If by any reason you are not happy with your order and don’t want the goods you ordered, we accept goods return and guarantee money refund or goods replacement as long as you inform us within 14 days from receipt of the goods via e-mail or by phone. You must receive confirmation of your return request from us prior to sending goods back.
Your returned goods must be in the original packing, in a new and unused condition and not damaged. When the retuned goods are received by us we will refund money or replace the goods within 5 working days. The return postage and packing cost must be paid by customer.
We cannot guarantee refund or replacement of goods after 14 days from receipt of the goods. For made to measure and bespoke products we cannot accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is damaged or made incorrectly
Miscellaneous conditions
WoodenShell shall not be liable to the buyer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay, and performing, or any failure to perform, any of the WoodenShell’s obligations in relation to goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the WoodenShell’s reasonable control.
