When a Return Is Possible

You can request a return or a replacement if:

– The item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing components (must be reported within 14 days of delivery).

– You decide not to keep the item and notify us within 14 days of receiving it (change of mind). Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

– The item has not been used, remains in its original condition, and includes the original packaging

(unless the issue relates to damage or defects).

Please note: custom-made, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

Before sending anything back, please:

– Contact us with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

– Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incomplete.

– Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before posting anything.

Items returned without prior approval may be delayed or refused, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for inspection and processing.

Refunds and Replacements

Depending on the situation, you may choose:

– A refund, issued to the original payment method, unless a different method is agreed with you in advance

– A replacement, if the product was damaged, defective, or lost in transit. We will send a new item to you as soon as the issue is verified.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs are refundable only if the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

– Products that have been used

– Items no longer in original condition or missing packaging

– Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

– Items returned after the 14-day period
