All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance under these Terms.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email is not an order confirmation or acceptance.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occurs only when we dispatch the goods, unless otherwise notified.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or description errors
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

Orders may be subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify identity or payment details.

  1. Products — Natural Variations and Accuracy

Many of our products are made from natural timber. Variations in colour, grain, and behaviour (twisting, splitting, or warping) may occur due to exposure to moisture, temperature, or light.

Therefore:

  • All dimensions, weights, and volumes are approximate
  • Colours may differ slightly from images
  • Photos are for illustrative purposes only
  • Minor imperfections or surface variations in wooden items do not constitute faults and are not grounds for return or refund

Any typographical, clerical, or pricing error may be corrected without liability.

  1. Prices and Payment — Currency and Charges

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Stripe
  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods displayed at checkout

If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before dispatch. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your issuing bank.

  1. Delivery — Times, Responsibility and Risk

We deliver to the UK mainland, Ireland, and most European countries. Worldwide delivery may be arranged upon request.

Estimated delivery times:

– UK mainland: 3–5 days

– Ireland & Europe: 7–14 days

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are usually dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after this time are dispatched within two working days.

Tracking:

Tracking information is available upon request.

If you need the tracking number or a status update, please contact us and we will provide it.

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or events beyond our control.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us, you may:

– pay for redelivery, or

– request a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If you experience any issues upon delivery (such as damage or missing items), please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 14 days and include photos together with your order number.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

For both damaged items and parcels lost in transit, you may choose:

– A replacement shipment, or

– A full refund

All claims are reviewed individually.

For damaged or incomplete deliveries, we will assess the provided photos and information to confirm the issue.

If a parcel is suspected to be lost, we will open an investigation with the courier; once confirmed, your chosen option (replacement or refund) will be processed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs charges, duties, or import taxes applied by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in the product price or delivery cost.

Your order may be shipped directly by authorised fulfilment partners, warehouses, or courier companies. We share your personal data only as necessary for delivery and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Refunds & Returns Policy

We aim to ensure a clear and fair process for all returns, replacements, and refund requests. The rules below work alongside the conditions set out in our Terms & Conditions.

When a Return Is Possible

You can request a return or a replacement if:

– The item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing components (must be reported within 14 days of delivery).

– You decide not to keep the item and notify us within 14 days of receiving it (change of mind). Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

– The item has not been used, remains in its original condition, and includes the original packaging

(unless the issue relates to damage or defects).

Please note: custom-made, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

Before sending anything back, please:

– Contact us with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

– Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incomplete.

– Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before posting anything.

Items returned without prior approval may be delayed or refused, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for inspection and processing.

Refunds and Replacements

Depending on the situation, you may choose:

– A refund, issued to the original payment method, unless a different method is agreed with you in advance

– A replacement, if the product was damaged, defective, or lost in transit. We will send a new item to you as soon as the issue is verified.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs are refundable only if the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

– Items no longer in original condition or missing packaging

– Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)
